Vitis would have a good chance of coming out on top if there were a ranking of the smallest locations where COSMO CONSULT operates. The market town in Austria's Waldviertel region, not far from the Czech border, has a population of about 2,700. The town's roots go back to the 12th century. After many small and large catastrophes, Vitis gained importance beyond the region as a market town, which lasted until the First World War. One of its most original features is the "Kneiperlmarkt", where servants were recruited from neighboring Bohemia. Today, many people work in the service sector.
