Contracts are the basis of every good business relationship. And the more business relationships there are, the more contracts there are. Contracts are concluded at all levels in a company: employee contracts, customer contracts, supply contracts, rental contracts and so on. It's not that easy to keep track of all contract documents, agreements, terms and deadlines.
