No problem, just send the email with the contract details and... it could be a security problem. The email may have been sent to the wrong person. A small mishap that can have serious consequences.

The COSMO Project Portal enables the use of project templates with predefined content and templates, the storage of the responsible persons for each project as well as the self-service creation of project rooms and the assignment of authorizations within a virtual project room. As a result, specialist departments can react quickly to changing requirements and create an efficient environment for project collaboration.
With the COSMO Project Portal, external project members can be added securely. Furthermore, the software offers the possibility of a hybrid installation for additional data protection. Security reporting allows you to keep track of collaboration at all times and react quickly if necessary.
