For the perfect overview, you would ideally need a complete digital 3D model, P&ID, LaserScan, drawing documents and data. In addition, you need sensors that provide data on relevant and critical assets. It should be possible to visualize this sensor data in the digital model virtually or via augmented/mixed reality. And simulations and analyses are important for the optimization of processes and for predictive maintenance.

Imagine having a digital twin of your site. This means your company receives a simulation that provides an exact virtual replica of machines, plants, objects, or systems. This digital twin is available throughout the entire life cycle, but is especially valuable during the usage phase.
The digital twin represents the characteristics and behavior of the plant and assets in real time and is continuously fed from multiple data sources, such as sensors, Internet of Things (IoT), bills of materials and planning tools. Through Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR), the status of the plant and the assets is displayed directly on the smartphone.
With the solutions from COSMO CONSULT and its technology partners, you can see virtual equivalents of real plants or assets at one location – from anywhere. They are always up to date and know exactly what is happening.
