Caritas Austria, the Catholic Church's aid organization, has started a new tradition with its Christmas letters. In the run-up to Christmas, social differences become particularly apparent. Children, in particular, often have big wishes. But while some children will find some of their wishes under the Christmas tree on Christmas Eve, other families cannot afford to fulfill their children's wishes. This is where the Caritas Christmas campaign comes in: it accepts the children's wish lists - the Christmas letters - and tries to fulfill as many of them as possible. Of course, Caritas cannot do it alone, because the organizers receive more than 10,000 wish lists every year. They rely on donations from companies and individuals. COSMO CONSULT Austria has been supporting this initiative for many years and helps to put something under the Christmas tree that brings a smile to some children's faces.
