The training course on Sales in Dynamics 365 Business Central provides you with an optimal basis for all business transactions in the area of sales and sales planning. You will gain a comprehensive overview of the relevant documents in sales and familiarise yourself with the functional descriptions. Through practical exercises in the demo environment, you will go through the entire process of maintaining master data and selling items in Dynamics 365 Business Central - starting with quotes, through the sales process to the shipment and invoicing of goods. In this way, you will be able to meet the requirements of the sales department as needed. The training also includes the tracking of delivery dates and the interaction of procurement dates with the purchase department to round off the process. The practice-orientated content is supported by numerous exercises.

Prerequisite: You have knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central or have attended our Business Central basic training course.

The course content and training environment are based on the latest Business Central version. This training is conducted exclusively on the Business Central Client (Web Client). Please note this if you are still working with an older version or Navision.
