Initiative to promote diversity

Diverse teams, where everyone is valued for who they are, are the way create the best working environments and achieve long-term success. We have signed the Diversity Charter to make a clear statement and promote diversity in the workplace. The initiative promotes mutual acceptance and appreciation. Regardless of gender identity, ethnicity, religion, ideology, disability, age, sexual orientation or any other characteristic. This pledge underscores our commitment to an inclusive culture and a prejudice-free work environment.

An environment free of prejudice

Since our founding, our focus has been on people. We believe that unleashing the creative power and talents of all people is critical to meeting the great challenges of the future. By participating in the Diversity Challenge, we were able to reflect on our own actions, share ideas and gain valuable insights for the future.

Diversity Challenge

With the motto "Do Divers*IT with passion" we participated in the Diversity Challenge of the Diversity Charter. To create more transparency, a group of energetic COSMOnauts developed a Diversity Dashboard. Diversity and inclusion are values we live by in our culture; this campaign put numbers to them and made them visible. Participation in the challenge and the resulting dashboard have proven to be a great resource for our diversity management. It allows us to track developments and keep better track of our goals.

Creativity and strong innovation

Our diverse and talented professionals are a key success factor for us because of their passion for what they do. It is important to us to provide a platform for the perspectives, experiences and ideas of our COSMOnauts. That is why we have launched several initiatives that actively encourage innovative thinking and collaborative problem solving.

Innovation & the Future

We established our Innovation Lab to foster innovative thinking throughout our organization. It is at the forefront of all our business innovation and drives a cohesive innovation process. In addition, we enthusiastically organize innovation challenges, special AI challenges, and much more. These initiatives allow our COSMOnauts to grow and learn beyond what they need to get done on a daily basis. By encouraging entrepreneurship and creativity and providing a platform for communication, we support learning and growth at all levels and leverage diverse perspectives to drive continuous improvement.
