COSMO CONSULT and Sana Commerce form strategic partnership

One of the central themes of digital transformation is digital customer service. In the B2B area, COSMO CONSULT offers solutions for companies from fields such as process and discrete manufacturing. However, in those fields the rules of the game are not the same as in the consumer field, explains Uwe Bergmann, CEO of the COSMO CONSULT Group, Europe's leading Microsoft Dynamics partner: "The products are often complex. There are countless variants and you are not just dealing with purchasing processes. For many companies going digital is therefore not simple. That is why we are working with Sana Commerce, an established, successful e-commerce shop system." Partnership of strategic importance

In Sana Commerce EMEA B.V., COSMO CONSULT has found the right partner. The two companies signed an agreement at DIRECTIONS EMEA, the most important European forum for Microsoft Dynamics partners. "The partnership is of great strategic importance to us. Sana Commerce, like us, makes use of Microsoft technologies such as Azure, SQL Server, and ASP.Net. The company is extremely innovative and at the forefront technologically," emphasizes Bergmann. A further plus is the range of ERP systems supported, which include Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Global plans

This decision marks the conclusion of an in-depth market research process, in the course of which various solutions were evaluated. The two companies had already successfully implemented e-commerce projects together in the past. The strategic partnership seems like the logical next step, says Michiel Schipperus, CEO of Sana Commerce EMEA B.V.: "Size, international orientation and a focus on Microsoft Dynamics ERP - both companies have a lot in common and are partners on equal footing. COSMO CONSULT is successful in market segments which are still at the very beginning of their digital transformation. This partnership opens up new target groups to us at a very early stage."

The digital portfolio will be expanded further

The strategic partnership with Sana Commerce expands the digital portfolio of the COSMO CONSULT Group. This includes portal systems, mobile solutions and internet technologies (Internet of Things - IoT). The IT company is thus able to map entire value chains digitally. The offerings are continually being expanded with the company’s own products and through strategic partnerships.
